    Very well decorated place, we did not want to leave there.

    Whole place was fairly clean with nice views; unbeatable and exceptionally nice location very close to a Tube station for attractions further away. Location: the hotel was close to Central Park, Broadway theatres and subway and the 57th St/6th Avenue. We spent evenings at Topaz Noodle Bar, situated 600 feet from the venue.

    Clean place with PLEASANT view of park. Superfriendly staff from the door man to the receptionists, updated, spotless rooms. Marvellous and lovely location, great area. The attached restaurant on the premises. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

    The noisy ventilation in the bathroom was a real annoyance, and with no restaurant available as advertised, it limited dining options. Breakfast was at the bar on the roof, but the low seating arrangements made it uncomfortable for older guests. The food lacked quality, with solid scrambled eggs and hard bagels served on disposable ware, failing to meet expectations for a hotel of this stature. The furnishing felt dated, and unexpected issues with cleanliness or maintenance, such as clogged sinks and dirty windows, also added to the disappointment.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our experience staying here as it is right next to the park and within walking distance to Times Square and the theater district, great to explore the city effortlessly.     Upon check-in, we received a welcome basket that included fresh fruit and water. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour with glasses of wine and beer. The bed was comfortable. The location was close to many attractions. My partner and I appreciate these moments, especially since we love road trips in Italy.

    Some furnishings may feel dated. The breakfast options weren't to our liking.

    I stayed in the Guest Room, 1 King, Cozy King for 6 nights. The room was pretty spacious and thoughtfully designed, work for us. Really comfy bed! But the decor felt a bit dated. The bathroom fan was a bit loud and an issue arose, but staff fixed it super quick. Location is amazing-close to Central Park and easy transport options.

    We loved being just a short walk away from Times Square and Central Park. Plus, the staff was very accommodating, even for our precious dog. They really went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcome.
